Programme
3 Days

1st day 

- Walk through the characteristic narrow streets of the historic center of Narni

- Guided tour of the Underground City, a place full of legend, secrets and mysteries dating back to the dreaded period of the Holy Inquisition

- Accomodation in a farmhouse

- Dinner based on typical Umbrian products with wine tasting, overnight

2nd day 

- Departure from Narni witk e-Bike, accompanied by our qualified guide, until you get to the "Rocca di Albornoz". Then you'll descend to the cycle path that follows the course of the Nera river, inside the deep rocky Gorges that this crosses before flowing into the Tevere river You'll admire the roman brigde of Augusto ruins. During the journey you'll meet the small village of Stifone, which will be accessed by a pedestrian bridge; this small and characteristic village, overlooks a stretch of river with crystal clear waters, due to the particular presence of sources with a large capacity-Olive oil and wine tasting with light lunch

- Return to hotel, dinner and ovenight

3rd day

- Walk in the wood of Cardona, near the roman bridge with the same name, a magical place where has been identified the Center of Italy

- Outdoor sports available on request
