Accomodation - I borghi delle due valli

The Moraiolo farmhouse, the first one built, is the founder of our project all about Umbria and that is why its name is precisely Moraiolo, the typical Umbrian olive variety. It is considered the main fortress, in its privileged position, unique in the elegance and refinement of its furnishings and as particular as the flavour of the strong Moraiolo oil. But like all strong characters (such as the oil that needs to blend with other olives with a less strong flavour), it could not remain alone, and so enamoured of the position we continued with two other farmhouses, not villas but farmhouses, precisely because Umbria has always distinguished elegant dwellings with the name casale. The always refined rose garden is strong and its position is turned, not by chance, towards the view of the town Todi, from here Todi looks like a real postcard. The elegance of the farmhouse is set off first with a fountain and then offers spacious and colourful interiors. The many roses that surround it make it unique and those who stay here do not feel inferior but recognise the elegance. Finally, in place of an old walnut tree, we have built the nocino. A cosy farmhouse to offer a romantic place to find and rediscover passion and romance. Couples or small families can stay here and rediscover the pleasure of simply being together in silence and tranquillity. Once the buildings were finished, we wanted to give them a touch of wellness in the modern way, moving away from tradition but always with the surrounding nature in mind, and so we built a wellness centre complete with gym, jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, and music and air-conditioning facilities. Completely surrounded by glass, the wellness centre represents the ultimate point of relaxation where modernity and nature come together in a magical union.
