In the morning you will be met by your guide in the hotel lobby at 08.30 to drive to Città di Castello and discover the mysterious world of truffles. Join us for a day on the Truffle Road, a unique, fascinating and educational experience. Expert guides will take you through the entire process, finding and unearthing truffles, teaching you how to distinguish and taste the different varieties and how to use them in cooking. Demonstration of truffle hunting with the truffle hunter and his dog in the woods + Optional visit to a medieval village + Visit to the truffle farm and the Truffle Museum + Truffle tasting and practical advice on preserving truffles + Truffle cooking course + Lunch with truffle recipes.
